Fee Schedule Delay
On November 30, 2000 HCFA announced that it was indefinitely postponing the release of the Ambulance Fee Schedule due to the large volume of comments received by the agency. As a member of the NJ EMS Coalition, the NJSFAC actively commented on the proposed rule. In total, the NJ EMS Coalition's member organizations submitted thousands of comments on the proposed rule.
