Membership in the New Jersey State First Aid Council is open to organizations whose service hours are staffed by volunteers at least 51% of the time and are either:
- specialized industrial squads
- squads operating ambulances and serving the general community
- support organizations such as heavy rescue, water rescue, extrication, and search and rescue.
Annual Reports
Annual Reports are vital to the gathering of statistics, keeping the communication lines open to the proper persons of our squads, and knowing where the resources are to help our communities in times of need. It is therefore essential that all reports be submitted.
Membership reports are now managed online using a new website created specifically for this purpose. Following are the basic instructions :
To get to the website: www.njsfacmembership.org
The User ID is your squad number that you have been using for reports for the past several years. The first 2 characters are the district, and the last two are for the number you fall in the list of your district. Your FIRST password is the same number. You will then be prompted to change your password. Please do not forget what you enter. You will then be automatically logged off and you must re-sign in.
Once you have logged in again you will see a box onthe left.
Members are separate from the rest of your report. ALL DATA FROM
PREVIOUS YEARS HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED. If you click on Members a drop down menu opens. It is suggest that you then click on Search Members
and then click Submit on the menu that comes up. This will give
you a list of all your members. PLEASE go through each member and
confirm that everything is correct. If there is a member there that
is no longer a member due to resignation or death, please delete
them. This only deletes them for the current year. PLEASE NOTE:
There is no longer a seperate report for officers. You must indicate the officers title in each member entry.
Once this is done please click on SQUADS. Enter your
equipment, and delegates. Once this is done, click on Squad Listing
and update your info and confirm what you have entered. The
specific information for your ambulances etc must be entered through
this screen.
When you are done with everything, be sure to check off the box located in the
Calls report. Please email the Membership Secretary membership@njsfac.org to inform her that you are done .

Service Certificates
Anyone needing Service Certificates for their members should send this request by e-mail to the Membership Secretary. If no response is received within 24 hours of your sending this e-mail, please resend to confirm that it was received.
